Privacy notice for the Snovasys Hiring Challenge

This site is run by Snovasys to assess candidates for roles at Snovasys. Your personal data is collected and processed under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India).

What we collect: your name, email address, phone number, college, degree, branch, year of passing, CGPA, backlogs, resume link, GitHub link, and the links and write-up you provide as part of your submission.

Why we collect it: to evaluate your submission and shortlist candidates for roles at Snovasys, and to contact you about the outcome.

Who sees it: only Snovasys organisers and evaluators. Your details are never shown to other candidates and are never published.

How long we keep it: until this hiring round closes. Data is then deleted within 90 days, unless you are hired, in which case it becomes part of your employment record.

Your choices: you may ask to see, correct, or delete your data at any time by emailing the organiser at the contact address given on the challenge page. Deleting your data before the round closes means your submission can no longer be evaluated.

By registering and submitting, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you agree to it being used as described above.
